What's included in our Lifetime Warranty?
We offer a comprehensive No Green Marks - Lifetime Warranty on all our jewellery, ensuring it won't leave unpleasant green stains on your skin. If any necklace, bracelet, ring, earring, or anklet purchased from us does so, we pledge not only to refund your purchase in full but also to provide you with £50 as compensation.
Given our utmost confidence in our jewellery's quality and safety, we consider such an occurrence practically impossible. Nonetheless, this warranty serves as your assurance that our jewels are safe and enjoyable to wear.
Please note, jewellery must be treated with care. Any broken jewellery or scratches over time does not qualify to our lifetime warranty.
If you receive a defective item, this must be reported to us within 7 days of your marked delivery date.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Free standard UK shipping will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, all our pieces are nickel free and crafted to the highest quality, sensitive skin-friendly, water safe and tarnish free.
