Refund policy
Full refunds or an exchange can be processed if you are not completely happy with your order. Order will need to be returned within 14 days. The goods are to be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
The returns form can be downloaded here. Completely the form, print it off and add it within your returning packaging, as simple as that!
If you are unable to access a printer during the Covid-19 pandemic, please include a handwritten note stating your Order Number, Name, product name or reference and reason for return. Alternatively you can email us the Return form on info@rocknjewels.co.uk.
Due to hygiene reasons, unfortunately we are unable to accept earring for exchange and refunds unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We advise you to send the item by Recorded Delivery for your own records. Once the item is received at Rock N Jewels we will email within 3 working days of receipt.
If an item is unsuitable, delivery charges for the return of the item will not be reimbursed. If the item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with a refund or exchange.
