Shipping Policy
Please note these times are advised by Royal Mail, however we are not responsible for external factors that may effect this. The number of days are referred to working days Monday-Friday.
All our orders are sent with full tracking. The Royal Mail tracking service is delivered on the first attempt either to your door, a safe place or a neighbour. We will consider the item delivered when this has been done and your tracking has been updated to state delivered.
Please note that we are not liable for any incorrect information that you have entered at checkout. The items will be shipped to the address you enter.
If you claim to not have your order when it has been stated as delivered by Royal Mail or its has been damaged we will investigate this with Royal Mail , this can take up to 14 days. Once the investigation is completed we will advise you of the outcome. If Royal Mail confirm delivery of your item by providing supporting evidence such as GPS coordinates or verbal confirmation of delivery then we may not resend the item.
Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

Duties and Taxes
You may be liable to pay import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the UK. These are applied once the parcel has reached its destination country, and you will be responsible to pay them. We have no control over these charges and they must be paid in order to receive your goods.

If you refuse to pay these charges then your order will be sent back to us however you will still be responsible for these charges; the original shipping cost and the cost of the return shipping. These will all be deducted from you refund.
